In addition to that, artists can come to us with their questions on any other area of law; if a case requires farther-reaching specialist knowledge, ABC Legal can refer you, if need be, to another lawyer. We have access to the necessary knowledge and (litigation) experience in the field of Employment law, Tenancy rights (business premises), the law of General Obligations and Insurance law.

Especially for artists and non-profit cultural and art organizations in every discipline, (including the stage and cabaret, animation, architecture, the art of printing, choreography, directing, graphic design, the art of writing, sculpture, photography, theater, video game design, the visual arts and web design, etc.,) we can – insofar applicable to you as a (performing) artist – apply to obtain legal aid, which means that legal assistance and legal costs will be partially reimbursed by the government. If legal aid is not applicable in your case due to the size of your income and/or the nature of the case, we can offer very favourable rates, and thus make our contribution to serving the needs of the art world: 'pro crea'.
